We transformed a classic brick rowhouse in Brookline’s Washington Square into four luxury condominiums through a full gut renovation. Washington Square is one of Brookline’s most dynamic neighborhoods, known for its restaurants, cafés, and access to the Green Line, offering residents the perfect blend of neighborhood charm and city convenience. The rowhouse setting provides a sense of architectural character and connection to the streetscape while allowing us to create distinct, thoughtfully designed homes inside.

The interiors were crafted in a transitional style, pairing contemporary finishes with traditional details to create a timeless feel. Each unit features open layouts, custom millwork, designer kitchens, and generous windows that bring in abundant natural light. The goal was to strike a balance between elegance and everyday functionality, ensuring each residence is as practical as it is beautiful.

Behind the walls, we rebuilt the entire structure, installing brand-new mechanical systems, utilities, and infrastructure to meet today’s standards of efficiency, safety, and durability. By reimagining the building from the inside out, we were able to deliver residences that combine the character of a Brookline rowhouse with all the comforts of modern living.
