Benjamin Mandelbraut
Benjamin Mandelbraut brings a unique blend of real estate expertise, construction management experience, and client-focused leadership to every project. With a strong track record in high-value property transactions, he has marketed and sold multi-million-dollar homes, facilitated one of the most notable multi-family sales in Boston’s South End, and sourced off-market opportunities for investors and developers. At AJM Group Realty, Benjamin oversaw property acquisitions, construction, and sales, secured substantial financing from regional banks, and managed a diverse rental portfolio.
Today, Benjamin applies the same rigor and attention to detail to construction management. He is deeply involved in every stage of the building process, from design review and project planning to full oversight of construction, ensuring projects are organized, efficient, and built to last. His approach balances big-picture strategy with hands-on involvement, reflecting his belief that successful projects are the result of both strong planning and strong relationships.
Benjamin holds a Master of Science in Counseling with a concentration in Sport Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship—both from Boston University, where he graduated with academic honors and competed as a member of the wrestling team. This background gives him a unique perspective on leadership, problem-solving, and resilience, qualities he brings to every client partnership and construction project.
