We completed a full renovation of a two-unit investment property in Providence’s Fox Point neighborhood, transforming it into high-quality rental housing. Fox Point is one of the city’s most desirable areas, known for its tree-lined streets, proximity to Brown University and RISD, and easy access to both downtown Providence and the waterfront. The renovation included a full gut rehab, allowing us to reimagine the interiors and rebuild the structure to modern standards. Each unit was designed in a transitional style, with updated kitchens, new baths, and layouts that maximize natural light and functionality.
