In Providence’s Fox Point neighborhood, we redeveloped a three-unit building into modern rental housing with the addition of an accessory dwelling unit in the basement. Fox Point is known for its mix of classic New England architecture and proximity to College Hill, downtown, and the waterfront, making it one of the city’s most in-demand rental markets. This project took full advantage of its location by reimagining the property to offer four distinct living spaces that balance style, function, and long-term durability.

The scope of work was comprehensive, with a full gut renovation that allowed us to upgrade every element of the structure. The basement was reconfigured into a self-contained accessory dwelling unit, adding density and creating an efficient use of space without compromising the feel of the primary residences above.
